Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Because each piece is handmade in latex and fitted close to the body, we don’t accept returns or exchanges, for hygiene and quality reasons.

Before ordering, please check the size chart and measure yourself carefully. If you’re unsure which size to choose, contact us before purchasing and we’ll help you find the right fit.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t the item you ordered, email us at officialhoshizora@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item. Once we confirm the issue, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they haven’t shipped yet. After that, the order is final.

Lost or delayed packages
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. If your package seems lost or delayed, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
